HMS Software Expands its Montreal Headquarters

Montreal, October 14, 2026 — HMS Software, a leading worldwide provider of enterprise timesheet and project time management systems, has announced the expansion of its Montreal headquarters into significantly larger offices. Effective October 14, 2026, HMS will relocate from Suite 402 to Suite 601 at its existing Pointe-Claire, Canada location.

The move is the culmination of a project that HMS has been working on for almost a year and reflects the company’s continued growth. The expanded facilities will provide HMS with substantially more space for its development, technical support, sales, marketing and administrative teams and will ultimately allow the company to accommodate up to twice its current staff.

“We have been bursting at the seams for some time,” says Chris Vandersluis, President of HMS Software. “We started working on this expansion almost a year ago, so we are delighted to finally see it come to fruition. Staying in the same building means we can maintain all the advantages of our current location while moving into facilities that are much better suited to where HMS is today and where we expect to be in the years ahead. The new offices give us room to eventually double in size.”

All HMS email addresses and telephone numbers will remain unchanged. Only the company’s suite number and physical mailing address will change.

Effective October 14, 2026, the new address will be:
