TimeControl and Human Resources Solution
TimeControl is a powerful tool in the arsenal of an organization's Human Resources Department. TimeControl can even fill in a timesheet automatically on behalf of a user who has not had any exceptions that week or fill-up a timesheet that had several exceptions in it.
TimeControl's Accrual module lets HR departments define how entitlements are earned with numerous methods available. Whether it is by time, by time plus the number of hours, by just effort or for banked overtime, TimeControl tracks the accrued time into one of numerous banks for each employee. The audit trail for time in and time out of the banks lets HR personnel instantly validate the totals.
When an organization is looking to improve efficiency, it is often to the HR department that it turns. Using non-project information from within TimeControl, an HR system can quickly identify the amount of time being invested in business travel, in general meetings or other overhead activities. Data can be analyzed by department, role, location or any other criteria that may seem appropriate and the result refocusing of staff can be highly impactful to the bottom line.

Managing Banked time
One common request of TimeControl is how to managed banked time. Included by default with TimeControl are 3 pre-defined banks for Personal time off, sick leave and vacation time. There are a total of 9 banks defined by default with the other 6 unnamed so there's already a tremendous amount of flexibility to quickly create a new bank of time and allocate certain charges to count against that bank. Managing Holidays with the TimeRequest Wizard
TimeControl Administrators can create future entries in the timesheets of many users at once using the TimeRequest Wizard. This easy to use function will be popular with organiztions that would like to pre-populate statutory holiday entries for employees.
