Migration des données de Microsoft Project Online vers TimeControl
En septembre 2025, Microsoft a annoncé qu'il mettrait fin à son service Microsoft Project Online en septembre 2026.
HMS est compatible avec toutes les versions de Microsoft Project depuis 1995, y compris Project Online dès son lancement. Les clients actuels de TimeControl et de Microsoft Project Online ont déjà leurs données de feuilles de temps dans TimeControl. À mesure que ces clients migrent vers d'autres outils de gestion de projet, HMS les accompagne dans l'intégration de TimeControl à leurs nouveaux systèmes et leur permet de continuer à l'utiliser sans interruption.
Pour les clients potentiels qui envisagent de quitter Microsoft Project Online, HMS a mis en place un service de migration qui prendra toutes les données de feuilles de temps Microsoft Project ainsi que les tâches, les affectations, les ressources, les employés et les projets liés à ces données et les transférera vers un nouvel environnement TimeControl.
Une fois toutes ces données transférées vers TimeControl, ces clients pourront utiliser d'autres outils de gestion de projet, comme Microsoft Project Desktop, et connecter TimeControl à ces nouveaux outils. Toutes les données historiques des feuilles de temps seront ainsi stockées en toute sécurité dans TimeControl.
HMS ne peut garantir que tous les clients Microsoft perdront l'accès complet à leur service Microsoft Project Online en septembre 2026. HMS continuera d'assurer l'intégration entre TimeControl et Project Online jusqu'à ce que nous soyons certains que nos derniers clients utilisant les deux systèmes n'utilisent plus Microsoft Project Online. Ce service de migration restera toutefois disponible tant que Microsoft Project Online sera accessible aux clients Microsoft.
